I design fully customizable tours tailored to your interests: culture, neighborhoods, temples, food, shopping, fashion, anime, rooftops, and nightlife. Tours can be daytime, nighttime, or a combination.

Included Services:

  • Tokyo private tours with English interpreter
  • Nightlife tours: Tokyo nightlife guide Mandarin for Chinese-speaking clients
  • Multi-day packages available upon request
  • On-site interpretation in English or Mandarin

Tour Rates (up to 5 people):

  • 7-hour Full Day: ¥40,000
  • 4-hour Half Day: ¥25,000
  • Additional hours or special timing: available on request
  • Groups over 5: quoted individually

Notes:

  • Entry fees or minimum charges at venues are paid separately by clients.
  • Private car service available upon request (or you may book independently). Additional fees apply if I arrange it.

Professional & Cultural Interpreting

I provide interpretation services for business, cultural, and specialized projects where English is not spoken.

Common Use Cases:

  • Business meetings with Japanese companies or partners
  • Import consultations (matcha, CBD/CBN, or other goods)
  • Cultural experiences: geisha performances, traditional ceremonies, artisan workshops

Media & Creative Projects (Optional)
I can also assist journalists, YouTubers, and documentary teams with:

  • On-location interpreting and interviews
  • Scheduling and contacting subjects
  • Coordinating locations, logistics, and cultural guidance
  • Assisting with permissions or access to businesses or cultural sites

Rates:

  • Consultation / Prep Work: ¥5,000 (interview/location coordination)
  • On-Site Interpreting / Production Support (Tokyo, 10 hours): ¥50,000
  • Outside Tokyo / Travel or Overnight: ¥60,000

Additional Costs:

  • Transport, accommodation, and meals billed separately
  • Driver/vehicle arrangements coordinated at cost
  • Local transport admin fee: ¥1,000

Medical Interpreting & Support

We provide medical interpreting in Tokyo at clinics, hospitals, and cosmetic/dermatology consultations to help foreign visitors communicate clearly and navigate procedures confidently.

Services Include:

  • Explaining symptoms to medical staff (English & Mandarin)
  • Understanding procedures and instructions
  • Assisting with forms and paperwork

Rates:

  • Clinic Visit (1 hour): ¥6,000
  • Extended Visit (up to 3 hours): ¥18,000
  • Additional hour: ¥7,000
  • Travel outside central Tokyo: quoted individually

Logistics & Additional Support

  • Private car service: Available upon request (or you may book independently). Additional fees apply if I arrange it.
  • Assistance with bookings, reservations, or special access requests for tours or business meetings.
  • Coordination of cultural or business appointments requiring interpretation.

Transport:

  • Public transport is usually fastest in Tokyo.
  • A private car service can be arranged upon request, or you may book independently. Additional fees apply if I coordinate the service.
